| Welcome
to Belgium’s premier HRM think-tank
“Leadership, insight and innovation are essential attributes for the Chief HR Officer who is increasingly facing global interdependence, savage productivity pressure, socio-cultural diversity and human governance. Clearly, old management recipes and conventional thinking do not longer suffice, driving top HR managers to address this entirely new set of challenges with new visions, intellectual behaviors and corporate ethics that enable them, as true leaders, to shape and influence the strategy of their organizations. With this in mind, we have created the HR Executive Circle, especially designed to bring HR leaders together for openly examining those issues, learning from each other’s best practices and challenging innovative ideas with an elite group of peers”.
Alain Vande Kerkhove
Executive Director, The HR Executive Circle
The HR Executive Circle has been created in 2006 with the mission of gathering Belgium’s foremost Chief HR Officers and senior HR managers through an exclusive think tank to provide a forward-looking view of human capital management, learn from best practices, confront opinions and validate innovative ideas with an ultimately selected group of peers from the country’s largest employers.
Voluntarily elitist and accessible to senior HR decision-makers only, the Circle has quickly become Belgium’s premier and most respected platform to share real-world information and insight on key topics like :
| |
The new role and mandate of the Chief HR Officer |
| |
How to develop and sustain tangible employer’s brand and value proposition |
| |
Diversity management and organizational inclusion |
| |
Innovative compensation & benefits strategies |
| |
Integration of technology within the HR function and processes |
| |
Setting up winning talent sourcing strategies |
| |
HR metrics that really deliver information |
| |
Working with unions within a collaboration framework |
| |
Creating a productive workforce by aligning creativity, engagement and collaboration |
Drawing on senior HR decision-makers directly and personally, the Circle also intends to be an influential platform to stimulate human governance, HR leadership and social responsibility. Furthermore, the HR Executive Circle plays an active role as an advocacy platform to strengthen the stature and influence of HRM leaders towards Boards, key corporate functions and critical stakeholders. Equally important is our engagement to make the human capital management function more focused, more accountable, more efficient, better skilled and better respected.
The HR Executive Circle is an independent organization and therefore completely neutral from any political or commercial influence. |
