Created in 2012, the CHRO G50 Forum is an exclusive initiative at the ultimate level addressing the country’s top 50 CHRO elite under one roof to debate, share experiences and confront views on today’s most challenging decisions relating to disruptive HCM strategies, HR operational models, CHRO leadership, social innovation, workforce performance and strategic resourcing.

G50 members gather on a regular basis for private conversations to share forward-looking HCM strategies, exchange ideas, align visions, share their respective stories, and navigate the evolving business environment through mutual understanding and inspiration.

Themes are carefully selected and the agenda is tightly designed to be time-effective and highly productive. The forum is strictly confidential and held closed-doors, only accessible to the top CHROs from the 50 largest employer organisations.

Examples of themes recently addressed:

> The modern CHRO: a new influent role as catalyst of change

> Reshaping the HR operational model from a productivity perspective

> Simplification of work: how to create a disruptive workplace?

> The CHRO as a conductor: the art and discipline of delivering high performance

> Wearing multiple hats: the CHRO’s growing role beyond HCM
